Service calls do not cover fixture installations or major installations.

What are acceptable forms of payment?

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Please note that card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. Checks should be brought directly to our office rather than mailed to ensure secure and timely processing. Delivering your payment in person helps reduce the risk of delays, theft, or loss in transit. Additionally, it allows us to provide immediate confirmation of receipt and maintain safe handling of your sensitive payment information.

Yes, backflow prevention and cross-connection control are mandated by federal, state, and local laws. Contact your water provider for more information.

Do you offer all plumbing services?

Yes, we are a full-service plumbing company.

Do you service commercial and industrial buildings?

Yes, we provide services for commercial and industrial properties.

Do you warranty your installations?

Yes, our installations come with a 1-year limited warranty against installation (service) defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover products.

What happens if there’s no booking available online?
